Our Story
Welcome to our new location in downtown Middleton — and thank you for joining us on a journey toward healthy living and a taste of China.
Founded in 1998 and formerly located on Madison’s west side near Mineral Point Rd and Commerce Dr (across from Menards), Happy Wok is proud to now call downtown Middleton home.
For over 25 years, we’ve built a strong reputation for serving fresh, flavorful, and authentic Chinese cuisine. Our menu celebrates a range of regional styles — from delicately balanced sweet-and-savory Shanghai dishes with lighter, milder flavors to bold, spicy, and mouth-tingling Szechuan fare, as well as rich, aromatic Hunan cuisine known for its deep color and robust taste.
